Paid Media Planner Buyer

The Role
LADbible Group’s Paid Media team is expanding and we’re now looking to recruit a brilliant Paid Social Planner Buyer for LADbible Group.LADbible Group’s Paid Media function sits as part of the Marketing team and works closely with LADbible Group’s in house creative agency, Joyride. 


The bulk of this role is owning Branded Content Paid Social campaigns, end to end: from initial budget and flighting planning, to setup within Facebook Ads Manager, in-flight optimization and finally reporting and post campaign analysis. With this will come opportunities to feed into more complex and detailed paid media strategy, including but not limited to running Facebook Split Tests, audience segmentation and retargeting. As well as supporting the marketing and insight functions of the business.

 

Specifically, you’ll be required to:

●       Plan Facebook campaigns to meet delivery targets where appropriate

●       Build and manage all custom audiences, both website and engagement

●       Setup Facebook campaigns and manage in house optimization

●       Manage and build upon current reporting processes

●       Work closely with Joyride to deliver all branded content campaigns

●       Use data to deliver campaign insight where appropriate

The Person
The right person will have:

●       1+ year Paid Social experience, ideally within an agency

●       Experience across both brand and DR campaigns

●       Advanced Excel competency

●       Exceptional process and organization skills

●       Competency in maths and statistics
