Graphic Designer

The Role

 

Working within our Marketing team, you will predominantly be working on social projects and collaborating with our in house commercial agency, Joyride. Your role will play a vital part in supporting both these teams with their Graphic output. We are looking for someone who is skilled in typography, branding and motion graphics and is able to work at pace, be a team player and work to deadlines 

Ideal candidates will have experience in Commercial, B2B Marketing, presentation design (keynote/powerpoint) and also have a strong grasp of general editorial design (both static and video) as a prerequist.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the brand guidelines are adhered to so that any work produced is consistent and truly reflects the Group's brand look and feel.
  • Create/design social assets, emails, videos, presentations.
  • Maintaining creative asset files.
  • work independently to deadlines, supported by the Senior Graphic Designer 

The Person

  • Ideal candidates will have  2-3 years’ experience within a design studio, although agency or in-house department experience will also be considered. 
  • Fast and accurate in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, basic web design is a benefit.
  • Strong branding skills
  • Keen eye for layout, message and composition
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Switched on, can-do attitude
  • A creative problem solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Organised and able to multi-task meet deadlines and manage workload, taking responsibility for jobs from brief to completion
  • Good written as well as verbal skills. Ability to present and communicate ideas and develop good, collaborative relationships within the team
  • Methodical approach to archiving artwork
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and great at meeting tight deadlines
  • Possess a willingness to learn, try new things and be inquisitive in nature
  • Have a desire to implement new, creative ideas to help improve the business.
