The Role

 

Working within our Marketing team, you will lead our B2B marketing in order to support the company’s ambitious revenue goals. You will deliver engaging marketing to raise awareness of our brands and the advertising opportunities within LADbible Group. You will track the success of the team’s efforts and focus on achieving metrics that will move our business forward, such as new business leads and revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue, brand awareness and consideration.

 

You will create, own and deliver a B2B strategy and plan, taking into account industry trends, audience behaviour and the company’s wider business strategy. You will have people management responsibility, so must be a natural leader, a decision-maker and enjoy helping people reach their full potential.

 

You will ensure that LADbible Group’s share-of-voice is strong in market through a mix of channels, including events, partnerships, social media, content marketing, thought leadership, collateral and email marketing. You will build relationships with industry bodies and influencers. You will work closely with the PR team to ensure consistent positive press coverage all year.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Create a marketing strategy and plan and keep the Head of Marketing updated on progress towards targets
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure all B2B marketing activity is ROI positive
  • Deliver all B2B marketing activity to an exceptionally high standard including events, communications and partnership activity.
  • Present regularly to the sales team on marketing’s contribution to brand awareness, lead generation and revenue targets

 

The Person

 

  • You should ideally have 6-10 years’ experience within a B2B marketing role
  • You should have a sound knowledge of the media industry and be passionate about LADbible Group
  • You should have excellent written communication skills and be a real team player
  • You will be commercially-minded and obsessed with growth
  • You must be smart, an excellent communicator and willing to roll your sleeves up
  • You are a self-starter, with a creative flair, who’s willing to work hard to make a real difference
