Everyone who works at LADbible is passionate about keeping that connection alive.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, ambitious and experienced Rights Account Director to join our growing CONTENTbible team. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape an exciting area of our fast growing division.

As Rights Manager you will be responsible for ascertaining and managing rights information, maximising online monetization for us and our clients, tracking and resolving IP ownership clashes and identify, manage and promptly resolve copyright infringements. You should be able to identify viable leads and work closely and effectively with our acquisition and licensing team members.

We are looking for a confident individual, who is comfortable to speak over the phone, in person or by email with strong attention to detail, literacy, numeracy, analytical, I.T. skills and a highly confident negotiator. You must be a self-starter, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, use your initiative and remain calm and focused while under pressure. You will have excellent problem solving skills and have proven experience of building successful working relationships at all levels.

About you:

  • BA Hons required (candidates without a degree but with relevant experience will be considered).
  • A strong grasp and knowledge of Media Law or IP Law and/or experience at a content licensing agency, talent management agency or digital publisher will be preferred.
  • Ambitious, strong work ethic and comfortable working to targets.
  • Able to manage relationships to a professional standard.
  • Good company & fun to sit next to!
