Senior Commercial Marketing Manager

With LADbible Group’s ambitious goals we are looking for a commercially-focused marketing professional who can lead the strategy for individual brands within the portfolio. Sitting within the marketing function and reporting to the Head of Commercial Marketing this role will work closely with and support the sales team, identifying commercial opportunities and acting as a strategic lead for key brands within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Identify commercial opportunities and develop market ready solutions.

Act as an ongoing brand expert, championing individual brands within the portfolio and helping to guide stakeholders on the value proposition of our offering.

Become a subject matter expert on our portfolio of brands, ready to inform others.

Develop and deliver B2B marketing materials for use by the commercial team.

Working with the Head of Commercial Marketing, develop individual brand strategies for key properties within the portfolio and roll out to the sales team.

Develop and maintain a toolkit of assets for use by the sales team including presentation materials, collateral based on our strategic insights and commercial brand calendars.

Working with the wider commercial marketing team, project manage the creation of and lead the content for presentation materials for events.

Contribute to a leadership program, briefing the insight team and delivering content for dissemination across a range of channels.

Oversee all commercial case studies and award entries - maintaining an annual calendar and advising on priorities  

Provide assets for use on B2B marketing channels and advise our commercial marketing executive on commercial priorities 

Assist with the creation of creds decks for the LADbible group 

The Person

Commercially focused, the ideal candidate will be able to prioritise effectively and communicate clearly and persuasively.

A track record of success working both independently and with a variety of stakeholders to deliver projects.

Experience in B2B marketing or business development either from a media agency or publisher background

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media

Finger on the pulse in key sectors for LADbible Group, notably travel, women’s lifestyle publications, gaming and sports media.

The ability to translate strategic insights into practical commercial opportunities  

Super organised and good at communicating the status of projects/tasks

A solid understanding of youth culture and knowledge of the youth content space
