The Role

 

LADbible are looking for a talented Junior Video Researcher to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contributing to the growth of our library and ensuring consistent acquisition of top quality content by scouting for user-generated content during the infancy of its’ viral cycle, locating original content creators/rights holders and handling the acquisition process. 

The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, have a passion for video and be familiar with all major social video platforms and trends.

 

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, verifying and acquiring trending videos
  • Assisting social, editorial and licensing teams with content acquisition needs
  • Informing key members of internal teams of new acquisitions secured
  • Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in a timely fashion

The Person

  • A sales background and/or good knowledge of IP law desired but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate confidence under pressure
  • A problem solver and able to think on your feet
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills & comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working to a high standard in a quick pace environment
  • Hard working, self-starter able to work independently as well as being a team player! 
  • Candidates who are bilingual preferred
